'She's giving me the high sign'

Have you bought your tickets yet for the Journey, Heart, Cheap Trick tour? (Click for dates.) If not, hopefully this video will get you off the fence.

"She's Tight" is perhaps my all-time favorite Cheap Trick song -- a power-pop chord explosion that's equal parts high-school fun and locker-room naughty. If Robin Zander and Co. play it Wednesday, July 30, at the Ford Amphitheatre in Tampa, you'll know. You'll be able to hear me singing along from anywhere inside the continental United States. It won't be pretty, but it'll be honest.

And if nothing else, it's a good song to help you wake up on a Friday morning.

Can't wait.

Obviously I won't be at this concert, but I'll surely listen for the wailing Spearsy rendition.

Great tune! And it most certainly did jolt me awake on this sleepy eyed Friday morn.

In my head I just heard Spears singing the girlish moans part. *shudder*

I love Cheap Trick, they rock. This song is a killer, but i had never seen the video before. Thanks for rockin' my Friday morning.

steve dont look for the their set list, ive seen it somewhere, maybe on a journey message board. thats all im gonna say. cheap trick are one of the best bands, EVER. i seen them a few times, they are way better in concert, than on record. im not saying their records are bad. their music just seems to really come alive in person.

I've seen Cheap Trick and it's YET to be on the set list, so I know it's just a pie in the sky dream.

Next time I bump into Zander though, I'm asking why that tune never makes the setlist.

Ah! Those lips! Vey welcoming, indeed. She really welcomed that strawberry.

But if the guy thinks she`s giving him the high sign,he might have something else coming.I have my doubts.

This is definitely one of my favorite Cheap Trick songs. The only time I saw them sing this was on their One on One tour. I wish I could go to that concert, they are not coming anywhere near us in Mississippi...who does?

Rock with The Trick!

LOVE this video. It was one of my favorites back in the early 80's. I even used my VHS copy of it to evaluate color monitors.....yeah, I'm a geek. ;)

I love this song, I might be a bit biased though as they are from my Hometown. The big Rockford, IL, I am hoping to make the Chicago show. My myspace page has quite a few of their videos on it. I love the new Journey vocalist and their album rocks. Heart would be awesome as I have never seen them.

Heart & CT set lists (thanks to Dan on the offical site):

Here are the opening night set lists for Cheap Trick and Heart pulled from fans at the bands' websites.
