Just stole this for my blog. Love it! Love baseball, love the Series. Hope Tampa Bay wins just because I think they are the best this year. That's alot coming from a transplanted Dodger fan who now roots for the Red Sox.

I just want to know... why did they get rid of the "devil"?

Tampa has a baseball team?

I think I went to bed at 3 or 4 in the morning. Late night podcast listening party after the game.

I stayed up to watch the whole game, despite the pain medication trying to get the better of me. Way to go Rays! Beat Philly!

I gotta have some cracker jacks after watching that!

Awww, tears! That was great!

What an awesome video! Some of my favorite moments from some of the best baseball movies, including Costner giving his pitcher a lesson in how much he doesn't know. Love it.

Sadly I do NOT have Mondays off, so I am paying the price for staying up until 2AM watching the live feed of the locker room celebration/ debauchery. However, the fatigue is well worth the experience! Go Rays!

I just hope the Rays don't fall prey to the same "just-thrilled-to-be-here" malaise that infected my Rockies last year.
Anyway, enjoy the ride. I still remember the '68 series, when I was a wee lad living in Detroit.
It's truly magical stuff.

Congrats to the Rays on making it to the Series. And I'll talk quietly for all the fans until they can recover from their hangovers.
