Waiting on the financing plan

Just so you know, we should have something for you on the financing plan starting at 3 p.m. Please check back then.

Hi Aaron, Do you know who is proposing or slated to pay for the realignment of Bayshore? I have seen nothing about this.

The realignment of Bayshore is part of the budget for the stadium construction project and all that surround the proposed new ballpark. There is considerable disagreement about who pays for what. The truth is, other than a few exceptions inside the office suites, the Rays haven't broken out each line item in their development proformas, indicating which line items will be paid for by whom.
