Good job Aaron. Apparently, Mr. Kriseman doen't realize the ABC has no power or authority to do anything. Their job is to find a way(s) to build a new stadium. Mr. Krisman wants a debating society so nothing will get done.
The Rays need to form a stadium corp and sell shares. It could be a complete complex with convention center and hotel.
