FOP behind Williams in judicial race

The Clearwater Fraternal Order of Police lodge and Pinellas FOP lodge 43 are backing Robert Williams in the Sixth Circuit Court, Group 8 contest. Judge Wayne Cobb is stepping down. Williams is in a three-way race with Kenneth Foote and Susan Gardner to replace him.

"Robert Williams' intensity and commitment to civic duty is the leadership we need in these difficult and clouded times in which we find ourselves," Clearwater lodge president Jonathan Walser wrote in a statement.
