This posh New Tampa development, controlled for years by Gene Thomason and its family, now finds itself embroiled in a court fight between homeowners and management over money; the plaintiffs say a lot of it is unaccounted for. Among other things, the suit has become a campaign issue for board member Suzanne Manzi, who is running for re-election.
