Busansky campaign relies on headlines

Phyllis Busansky, the Democrat challenging Hillsborough County's Republican Supervisor of Elections Buddy Johnson in his bid for re-election, is taking a fiercely negative approach in her campaign. But she says she'll wait until closer to election day to launch a full-out attack. Read more about it here.

Political Archer

"Still, with just a month before the Nov. 4 election, Busansky, a former county commissioner, is hardly on the top of many voters' minds."

She's even more underwhelming and forgetable this time around than she was when she ran for Congress.

I think Phyllis is hot!

Janet stop taking sides and start reporting. Are you on Bitchansky's payroll?

Very mature, 3:55... what time are you due back in Boy's Town?

... simp

Buddy is a moron

This really is laughable. Buddy can't be found for 21 days to be served a legal document, rents 3 heads of cattle to get a property tax cut, doesn't pay his property tax bills on multiple properties, violates City of Tampa sign ordinances, re-paints the SOE vans with his name in huge fonts at the tax payer expense, installs a new voter system that crashes counting the lowest voter turn out in years, sends out voter registration forms to registered voters 4 days before the books close, etc., etc., etc., and Phyllis is running a negative campaign?

I don't think so. You have an idiot like Buddy who continually undercuts himself time and time again - why wouldn't Phyllis bring these egregious, unethical actions of Buddy up?

And Phyllis is going negative? What a crock. How about: Buddy is a moron and he proves it every time he opens his mouth? What should Phyllis campaign on? That he is smart and none of the past acts of Buddy matter? If that were the case, then she would be the liar.

GIVE ME A BREAK.

Buddy is a complete moron and I don't trust him with counting pennies much less my vote. Send his a$s back to the deep friers with some chicken.

REPUBLICANS FOR BUSANSKY!

Sounds as if Busansky is out of $$$ again.

Whatever

9:42 - Busansky is running commercials with campaign funds raised by people who want to restore faith in the SOE's office.

Go and pull the campaign finance reports and see for yourself who has raised more.

Further, why the heck spend money when Buddy keeps landing on the front page of the paper because of his incompetence and unethical behavior. That's the point of this post: why spend money when Buddy is running against himself?
