Two state legislators fined for elections violations

Two Tampa Bay area legislators were fined by the Florida Elections Commission for violating election law in their campaigns. State Sen. Charlie Justice, D-St. Petersburg, and Rep. Darryl Rouson, also D-St. Petersburg, were fined $1,000 and $750 respectively. To read more, visit The Buzz.
