RNC chairman Steele lauds Foster win
From a news release, Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele:
"I would like to congratulate Bill Foster on his election to serve as mayor of St. Petersburg. St. Petersburg has also been fortunate to have Rick Baker serve with distinction for eight years and I have no doubt that Bill will build upon what Rick has already accomplished – a strong record of fiscal conservatism and transparency. Bill’s victory is significant since President Obama carried the county in 2008 and has since dramatically increased the Democrat registration. As we approach the 2010 elections, I am confident we will see more Floridians elect leaders who believe in less taxes and less spending."

Gee, Ford could have used that Republican endorsement of Foster before today.

Yah! And along with all of the other dirty tricks from the Foster camp, yesterday Rick Baker was out at one of the busiest intersections in St. Petersburg's Democratic southside (54th Ave and 31st Street South) shouting to voters that Foster was a Democrat so vote for him.

Baker was just making fun of the wakadoo liberal craze that was screaming provocatives from an opposite corner of the intersection

"But give credit to PCDEC chieftain Ramsey McLaughlin for making the local party relevant in a non-partisan race."
Now THAT's... the funniest damn thing I've read here in a long while, thanks for the laugh, pp!
Only the criminal drunk politico wannabe would call a Party, whose local elected Dinos all backed the Republican, “relevant”.
Classic work there, slick... classic work!

the dem vote was up 8%. What happened?
That number is also close to most polls. For Ford. Times push poll had her 5 ahead. What happened?

Pay attention everyone. Great day for the GOP on Tuesday. Conservative Republicans are on the rise and ready to save this country.

Ready to destroy what they missed under Bush is more like it. These nut jobs are too busy purging the non-racist, non-tinfoil hat elements from their ranks to be a force in the future.
The only reason we got the guy who thinks the Flintstones is true history is because Ford shot herself in the foot at every step. 11:39 you can't blame that on Ramsey. I'm fairly certain he voted for someone else in the primary.

“The only reason we got the guy who thinks the Flintstones is true history is because Ford shot herself in the foot at every step.”
Save it ya tool!... the only reason you ticklesticks got Foster is because Pinellas DINOs the likes of you, Kriseman, Welch, Heller, Harris, Long, Gerard, Rouson, Nurse, Justice, Wagman, et al... backed him behind the scenes and shat of Ford. Add an incompetent, clueless, and ball-less Chair of the Pinellas County Stonewall Executive Committee (formerly the PCDEC), and a culpable and corrupt incumbent system propaganda tool (aka: the Times)... and whammo!... you have SSDD “Same Sh-t; Different Dupe”.

Love Them Loyal Dems - what's the matter, junior, did your gameboy batteries run out? Did you run out of your Jimmy Donelon "rants on tape"?
Tell you what, junior, pick up your coloring book, and color in some nice jackasses (use your photo if you can't find one), in your favorite shade of blue. Then shut your ignorant piehole. The adults in the Democratic party have work to do for 2010.

Oh my... seems the loyal Dinos are a tad testy this fine day. The truth really gets your knickers in a twist doesn’t it you moronic malleable marionette? Oh, and look at all the pithy insults you can come up with in just one posting. I’m proud of you... as I’m sure mummzy and daddums are. Don’t you worry your little mind about the mean ol’ truth... the delusional world you live in will serve you well. Get to work now... you have to get that membership up over 37 and increase that bank account from $82.37... so you can support your loyal Dinos in their effort to get Republicans elected.
I wouldn’t think of disturbing all the wonderful and loyal work you and your brethren Dinos have to do to ruin 2010 for the Dems, it’s been so successful in the past you know. Now don’t you waste anymore time trying to defend those oh-so loyal and honorable Dinos in Pinellas... there’s more Dino butt-kissing for you to do... now scurry along my little sap of a simp... you have some Dino dry cleaning to pick up.
ps: "Love that Loonie Lackey"... you shouldn't think of Karl that way... Nurse is one of your most loyal of Dinos... remember, shorty love you too!

Love them loyal Dem's; You are right about Ramsey McLaughlin. What a dead beat. He just came out of hiding, he did tell us that Kathleen Ford was our candidate, so we can not falter him for that, it least he know, Right. This man is above me how did he got this position, must be the same WAGman supporters, this county will NEVER win any mayor elections on the Democratic side, as long as the Wagman people rule our party, they will time and time again be involved with there own agenda and interest, and the party be damned.

... this county will NEVER win any mayor elections on the Democratic side, as long as the morons controlling Pinellas County Stonewall Executive Committee (formerly the PCDEC) continue to beleive that Kriseman, Welch, Heller, Harris, Long, Gerard, Rouson, Nurse, Justice, Wagman, et al.. are Democrats.
Ramsey McLaughlin’s failure to publicly demand loyalty from these Dinos for the Dem Candidate (Ford), simply shows that he’s nothing short of another Dino puppet Chair charged with the continued suppression of the Pinellas Dem Party. There is no Pinellas Dem Party... it’s a manufactured illusion.
