Hit-run driver destroys house

A hit-and-run driver left a trail of destruction in East Manatee Sunday, according to BradentonHerald.com. Some of the damage was typical: another car, a sign, a fence, a cable box, a concrete light pole. But the biggest victim was a house, damaged so badly that it was condemned. When the 80-year-old resident, awakened by the crash, reached her destroyed kitchen and living room, the pickup truck had already left.
