'I'm going to DUI class,' swerving driver tells trooper
The Camaro had been swerving all over Little Road in New Port Richey and when it finally stopped in a McDonald’s parking lot, the trooper asked the driver where he was headed.
“I’m going to a DUI class,” he reportedly said. And when asked if he had any medical conditions, he said, “I have a liver disease.” According to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol, the driver — Douglas A. Ervolino, 49, of Land O’Lakes — nearly crashed into cars while driving along Little Road midday Tuesday.
The trooper said Ervolino stumbled and smelled of alcohol, though he denied drinking. He was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence and taken to the county jail. He was released on bail that same day.

Clearly he need to get help, the court will order him to attend a program, AA or something like that. A lot of lives have been saved by court order AA. The best thing is he will not have a driver license for a long time. Maybe that will stop him?
