ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- Authorities say bomb squad members are investigating a suspicious device found under a bus at Walt Disney World.
Orange County Sheriff's Office spokesman Jim Solomons reports that a maintenance worker found the device during a routine inspection Thursday afternoon. His supervisors agreed that the device should not have been there, and called law enforcement. Bomb squad members have not yet identified the device.
Disney spokeswoman Andrea Finger says all bus service at the park has been temporarily suspended as a precaution. Buses will return to operation as they're checked. Finger says checking the buses shouldn't take more than a couple hours. In the mean time, several parks will remain open for an extra hour, and taxi service has been expanded.
