People argue about all sorts of trivial things. But an argument between two Live Oak men Thursday night over what type of music to play ended up with one man stabbed in the stomach and the second man carted off to jail, charged with aggravated battery.
The Gainesville Sun reports that Sylvester Hernandez, 56, and Alejandro Del Carpico, 41, had a difference of opinion over music that turned violent. According to police, Carpico stabbed Hernandez and then fled. Officers found Hernandez sitting outside with a stab wound to his abdomen. They found Carpicio a few blocks away and took him into custody.
