A Clay County man has died after his motorcycle was struck from behind his wife's Corvette, the Associated Press reports. Thomas Robinson, 62, had pulled up to a stoplight in Orange Park with his wife, 63-year-old Annette Robinson, 63, following him in her car Wednesday night, the Florida Highway Patrol said. Authorities say the wife may have been distracted when her car rode up onto the motorcycle. Thomas Robinson was thrown off and run over by the Corvette. He died at the scene. FHP says the accident is still under investigation and it is unlikely charges will be filed.
