This book is the best book i have ever read. It's one of those books that you reed and then you get hooked into it after a short couple of minutes. I got in trouble after reading too long.Lolol
I didnt even do my chores. It was so good. I have chickens also. Their names are: Furbal,Festival,Chester,Houdini, and Houdini#2

This book was spectacular. This book made me want to buy a bunch of chickens. It kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time i was reading it.

This book is a simple read about a complex boy and his family. He has so much going on in his life that he really is saved by his only friend who introduces him to chicken farming. It's a nice story, and my only complaint was that the author ended it rather abruptly.

i really want to get chickens now!!!!!
i have never read a book about chickens like this!!! i keep bugging my friend to read it because it was very good!

This book got my attention from the begining when granny got arrested on Tobin's first day of seventh grade. At first talks about a boy with regular life problems. After Tobin starts a fight with the strongest kid in the seventh grade his starts going in the other direction. He gets all worked up on chickens and their souls when becomes friends with Henry, the kid who stopped him from getting his butt kicked. Tobin's grades also start to shoot up because of this " friend" Henry. Though after Tobin becomes friend with Henry his life gets real complicated because his decides to try and take custody of Tobin to her instead of his dad. She thinks Tobin has not been living in a suitable home.
