Our favorite part of Fame and Glory was when Harlem got his glasses and was able to see and even though they lost the spelling bee they became friends.

Fame and glory in freedom georiga is about a girl and she wants to be friens with a boy at school. will she become friends or will he decied he doesen't wan't to be her friend?

I like the way that the two become friends and win the spelling bee.

Fame and glory was one of my favorite books to read for a sunshine state because a girl named Bird tried to be Harlem Tate's friend when no one wanted to be his friend and at the end of the story they became best friends. He became a very good basketball player and every wanted to be his friend

Yes, they will become friends. YYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

i liked this book because it shows how 2 people become friends

i loved this book! It was all about friedship the whole time. Like they lost the spelling bee and then they were still great friends =]

I liked this book becase Bird became friends with Harly.

This book is about a girl named Bird who wanted to make friends with a boy named Harlem. Harlem's dad works at a tatoo parlor. Eveyone in Harlem's class says his mom choked on a chicken bone and his dad is in jail. But that is not the truth. The kids in his class also think he isn't smart. Bird notices he can spell really long words correctly.

Our favorite people are Bird and Ms. Delfen. Bird is cool and we like her.
Bird's big sister is really mean. Ms. Delfen is Bird's best friend. Bird was mad when she lost the spelling bee.

Miss Dalphine gives Harlem and the can man a haircut. They stayed for dinner for the writting celebration and they played cards all night. They won the spelling bee.
