I think that "Listen" is a awesome book! It tells the story of a girl named Charley, and a dog named Coyote. The girl tries to get the dog to obey her,and get him into her house to live with her. I love how the author describes things in this book. She is very descriptive in her writing about the dog: all of her feelings, and stuff for example a sentence in this book says `Coyote's fur was gleaming in the sunlight, while he was sitting under tree, his favorite place to lay."

I LOVE LISTEN!!!!!!!!!!!!       Me - an animal freak, whom cant stand to see a stray dog on the side of the road and begs her dad to pick him/her up, And hates to read a sad dog book beacause she will cry... LOVED this book! I liked this soo much I made it my favorite battle book!! AT first I would not pick it up because I dont really read dog books because I cry and cant stand it when some one is mean to dogs,so to be safe I got my mom to read it... when she put it down she was in shock - she loved it! And when I put it down I loved it even more -
I LOVE LISTEN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Listen is a good book. It is also sad. I realy did like it because it reminds me of my dog. wich is mainly why I like it. I hope there is never any bad comments about listen.

Listen is the best book ever!I love the part where Charley tries to put the collar on Coyote and it doesn't work... but then later, Charley tells Coyote what she is going to do with the collor. Later, she tries again and it worked! I thought that, that was AMAZING!!!!!!! I thought that "Listen" was the best, most amazing, inspirational book ever!

OMG!Listen is like the best book ever and people who say it's not good or horrible probably just stopped because they were bored. But, if you keep reading it is so good. Defeintly the best book this year.

This book is very detailed and is really exiting in a way. My favorite part was when Coyote came back home.
