I read the book rules and I loved it. When I found out Cathrine's friend Jason was deaf I felt so bad but then I thought about it...? Then I remembered it was just a story! She is very kind and caring to her brother. I loved that book I wish I could read it again!

A wonderful book over all! I almost felt as if I was in the book, watching the characters and events. Cynthia Lord made me feel as if David, Catherine, and Jason were real. So much detail, I couldn't put the book down for a day! I ate my dinner with the book propped up on a bowl!
