Pearlman to return to Florida to face charges

Boy band impresario Lou Pearlman could return to Florida in the next 10 days to face accusations he bilked investors of hundreds of million of dollars.

Pearlman has been jailed on the Pacific island of Guam since his deportation from Bali, Indonesia, last week. A German tourist spotted him at a luxury hotel and tipped off authorities.

The once high-living music mogul, the force behind such music acts as the Backstreet Boys, has requested the services of a court-appointed attorney, something usually reserved for the indigent.
