Semi wreck shuts down I-75 in Brandon

Traffic_4

Update: All lanes have reopened to motorists.

BRANDON - A jackknifed semitrailer truck on Interstate 75 shut down southbound lanes, bringing traffic to a halt during the morning commute. No injuries were reported.

As a large wrecker worked to clear the 18-wheeler off of the interstate, all southbound lanes were closed around 8:30 a.m., creating a traffic backup for miles. Traffic started moving a little after 9:30 a.m.
