Fence abuse leads to arrest in Zephyrhills

A Pasco man was arrested in what deputies say is a case of fence abuse in an ongoing dispute with his neighbor.

Stewart Loeblich of Zephyrhills was actually charged Tuesday with aggravated stalking. Loeblich's neighbor, Ann Wojda, has had a restraining order against Loeblich for several years
now.

The latest battle between the two is a 16-foot metal fence on Wojda's property.

Loeblich has to open the gate to get to his property, which sits behind
Wojda's. He has been repeatedly caught on Wojda's surveilence camera
breaking and bending the gate, spitting on it, and slamming it on the ground, according to deputies.

Loeblich was released today on a $5,000 bond. He could not be reached for comment.
