School bus accident injures pedestrian in Pinellas Park

PINELLAS PARK -- A school bus struck a pedestrian about 7:20 this morning outside Cross Bayou Elementary School, 6886 102nd Ave. N.

Police say an elderly man suffered minor injuries and was taken to Columbia Northside Hospital.

No children were injured.

I believe it is important to state that the bus driver was or was not charged. In other words was the pedestrian at fault or was the bus driver at fault?
