Countryside High students return to class after bomb threat

CLEARWATER -- Police gave the all-clear for students to return to class at Countryside High School around noon today.

The school was evacuated about 9:45 a.m. today after an anonymous caller to the front office said there was a bomb on campus, police say.

Police checked the school with a bomb-sniffing dog and found no explosives. They noted that making a fake bomb threat is a second-degree felony and said an investigation is continuing.
