Cops bust teen, saying he busted a foul rhyme
BROOKSVILLE -- While strolling down the street with a couple of buddies Sunday evening, Christopher Holder, left, broke into song. His choice of lyrics, however, landed him in jail.
Holder, 19, was shouting out a song by rapper Lil Boosie that included repeating the words "motherf-----'' and other similar words when he approached resident Amy Churchill, according to a report by the Hernando County Sheriff's Office. Churchill complained to a deputy, who was at the scene, 7443 Gordon Loop, investigating an animal complaint. She said that she and her young children did not need to hear such language.
Deputy Scott Reak agreed and called Holder over. Holder said he had done nothing wrong, that he was just singing a song by the Louisiana rapper, but he agreed that the children did not need to hear such profanity.
Because the language outraged Churchill's "sense of public decency'' and "affected the peace and quiet,'' Holder was taken to the Hernando County jail on a count of disorderly conduct and breach of peace, the report states.

Hernando County deputies made this arrest? Wonder how long it will be before this deputy is having an affair with this "victim"? A waste of taxpayers money and resources.

More Black 'culture' corrupting our kids. They don't even recognize it as profanity any more. And they have no manners, either single mom......

Welcome To The Police State! Facism is alive and well in Florida. I hope the police department is sued dry by this boy's family. There goes free speech and expression. What next? getting lynch for whistling at a White woman?

at least their is adults including the police dept.who have decent sense and take action.Apparently the boy has no responsibility to anyone including himself.let him sing in the shower or in his own private space.were loosing a lot of young people to the me only in this world and nobody else counts. How sad that he wasnt taught better.

to bro mao:That's reason enough. Now the country is over ran by third world garbage. America needs to be reclaimed.

By agreeing with and obeying the officer the boy showed: he does know how to respect authority and do as he is asked/told by an officer of the law. I believe that means he does have a sense of respect and remourse. He wasn't stealing to support a crack habit, he was singing songs his age group likes. Teens are teens because they don't yet have the mentality to be an adult! Maybe someday no one will give her up & coming teens a break when something stupid happens. I am surprised she had the time to rant and rave, must be her food is free!

Not to say I wouldn't have got his attention by spraying him down with the hose, accidentally of course, wasting taxpayers money, ridiculous! I bet she is a joy for a neighbor.

that's not right. i mean was he singing
it loud? and they act like he was personally singing the song to the kids
he has a freedom of speech just like
everybody else and i got a question
( if i sung a song like i love the devil) would they put me in jail because im speaking my mind around her kids and they god and thats like going the club with your kids and telling the teenagers to stop dancing like that because that is an example of sense of public decency..............
i mean come on lady we fight to much for our rights for you to take that away from us and thats talking from the heart because i love that rappers music
and your sayin playin his music is basically bad to sing or play low in public so yea get at me with your reply to commment please...and plus when her kids grow open there is going to be way more cursing in high school and even middle school and elementary..
so they better get use to it.. because that is life they just going to have to learn how to accept it..
