Tampa police investigate homicide

TAMPA -- A man was shot and killed about midnight after an argument broke out in front of a home in the Sulphur Springs area, police said.

Authorities identified the victim as Philip-Paul Kimber, 19, of 8402 Chevalier Drive, Tampa.

Police said the argument took place at 8317 N 14th St. Police said no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting.
