Woman injured in Palm Harbor wreck

PALM HARBOR -- One woman was flown to Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg today after the car she was riding in was broadsided by a minivan on Belcher Road at Gleneagles Parkway.

The wreck took place about 8:18 a.m. The minivan, driven by a woman who had her two daughters with her, was heading south and doing the speed limit when the car pulled into its path, said Florida Highway Patrol Trooper James Bregon.

No names of anyone involved in the accident were immediately available. Check tampabay.com for further developments.
