Man charged with shooting own brother

TAMPA -- A man fired half a dozen shots from a 9mm pistol at his brother near the Hillsborough River north of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard on Wednesday evening, Tampa police said. Tommy Roque, 23, had his right leg grazed by the gunfire. He did not require medical attention. As he fired the pistol, Christopher Roque, 24, told his brother he would kill him, police said. Officers arrested the elder brother on a charge of attempted homicide.
