Authorities: Suicidal man closes Dunedin Causeway

DUNEDIN -- The Dunedin Causeway leading to Honeymoon Island was closed just after 1 p.m. today.
Pinellas County sheriff's deputies sealed off the road in both directions after getting a report of an armed man at the entrance to Honeymoon Island.

Authorities say the man is inside his vehicle and is apparently threatening suicide but is not a threat to others.

The call came in about 1:04 p.m.
