Four accused in graffiti case
TAMPA -- Gang enforcement deputies have accused four people of spray-painting graffiti on a fence at the Magnolia Green subdivision.
Hillsborough deputies arrested Julian Hernandez, 26, of 5308 Smith Ryals Road on Friday, accusing him of criminal mischief, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, driving with a suspended license and violating probation, records show. Three others, juveniles ages 15, 16, and 17, also were arrested. Their names were not released because of their ages.
Deputies say the four are members of the King Con Surenos gang.
After recent reports of graffiti, deputies saw a white Yukon stop alongside the road at Magnolia Green. The deputies saw a man spray paint the fence, then get back into the Yukon, deputies say.
Deputies then pulled over the vehicle, which was reported stolen in February from Wauchula, at Holloway Road and James Redman Highway.
Inside the vehicle, deputies found four people and several beer cans, open and unopened. Hernandez told deputies he purchased the beer.

Give these jerks at least two years of removing graffiti instead of jail time.
