TAMPA -- Mario Anthony Robinson was not happy about the cars parked outside his home.

Police this afternoon identified Robinson, 28, of 720 E Wood St., as the shooting victim in the 9:45 p.m. incident. They say neighbor David Rolon, 41, punched Robinson in the chest, then shot him.

Detectives are still searching for Rolon, of 718 E Wood St., and have issued a warrant for second-degree murder against him.

Jail records from 2005 show that Rolon was born in New York, is 5 feet 6 and weighs 190 pounds.

Rolon Police said Rolon, left, was celebrating his birthday with a party at the house when the argument ensued.

Anyone with information about Rolon's whereabouts is asked to call (813) 231-6130.
