Portion of Cass Street scheduled to close

TAMPA -- Beginning Wednesday, Cass Street is scheduled to be closed to all vehicular traffic between Tampa Street and Franklin Street. The closure is expected to last for 30 days. Construction crews will be finishing underground utilities work there.
