Police chief's wife files for divorce
The wife of Tampa police Chief Stephen Hogue has filed for divorce, saying the marriage is irretrievably broken after almost 34 years.
Charlotte Hogue filed a petition to dissolve the union on March 17, according to court records. The couple, who have two adult children, have been living apart since the filing, records state.
Charlotte Hogue is asking for temporary custody of the couple's Tampa Palms home, as well as alimony, records show.
