Martin Luther King St. reopens after late Thursday crash

Update: The road has reopened to traffic.

ST. PETERSBURG -- Police have closed a section of Martin Luther King Jr. Street after a crash into a pole
knocked wires down.

It happened just before 11 a.m. near 6975 9th St. N. Dispatchers said two ambulances took patients to the hospital. St. Petersburg Police said the road was closed in both directions.
