Detour on Tampa's 21st Avenue for water line maintenance

TAMPA -- The westbound lane of East 21st Avenue is shut down between North 27th and 28th streets for water line maintenance. Vehicles going west are being detoured to 20th Avenue.

The work is expected to be completed late Thursday. Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes.
