Traffic flow restored after car fire

TAMPA -- Traffic on Interstate 275 resumed to a normal flow after a car fire Tuesday afternoon that blocked lanes. The fire created a plume of smoke downtown at the Ashley Drive exit northbound on Interstate 275. No injuries reported, said Tampa Fire Rescue Capt. Bill Wade.
