Out on bail, arrested again, now he'll stay in jail
TAMPA -- A Lutz man already facing child sex charges was arrested again this week. Now he will stay in jail until his May 27 trial.
On Tuesday, Leo Frank Terminello, 43, offered two West Tampa girls $15 to watch him fondle himself, police say. The girls, ages 8 and 10, ran to a neighbor who flagged down an officer to arrest him. Read today's story from the Times.
Terminello is scheduled to be tried next month in two cases from 2006 involving similar sexual offenses.
Today, Hillsborough Circuit Judge J. Rogers Padgett revoked Terminello's bail.
