Police accuse man of lewd conduct with girls

TAMPA -- Two girls, 8 and 10, were riding bikes Tuesday morning on Albany Avenue and Pine Street when a man pulled up and offered them $15 to watch him fondle himself, according to Tampa police. The girls told a neighbor, who flagged down a deputy. Police arrested Leo Frank Terminello, 44, of 5302 Clouds Peak Dr. in Lutz, at about noon, on charges of lewd and lascivious conduct. Terminello, a pool maintenance worker, faced a similar charge in 2006, jail records show.
