Deputies seek helmeted drug store robbers

TAMPA -- Deputies are seeking two armed people they say disguised themselves in motorcycle helmets and demanded oxycontin from a pharmacist.

The robbery happened at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Northdale Pharmacy, 3851 Northdale Blvd. The suspects fled in a silver, 4-door Infinity 635. The plastic tag cover on the car was decorated with barbed wire.

HelmetsThe suspects are described as: a white male, 15 to 30 years old, 5-foot-9, 140 to 160 pounds, last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, blue jeans and a gray motorcycle helmet; and a white female about the same age, 5-foot-4 to 5-foot-6, 110 to 140 pounds, last seen wearing blue shorts and a blue and silver motorcycle helmet.
