Largo Police ask for help finding missing man

Oliphant LARGO -- Police are asking for the public's help in finding an 81-year-old man with Alzheimer's who went missing today.

Charles Whitney Oliphant left a residence at 1150 8th Ave. SW in Largo in a blue 1999 Chrysler Town & Country van with the tag number H35UYX.

Oliphant is described as a white man about five-foot-eleven to 6 feet tall, with fair skin and gray thinning hair. He was last seen wearing dark gray shorts with a dark, button-up short sleeve shirt. He may be wearing prescription glasses.
