Ambulance hits pedestrian in Land O Lakes

LAKE O LAKES -- A private ambulance hit a pedestrian on State Road 52 just after 10 p.m. Thursday.

The pedestrian was flown to Bayfront Medical Center, said Lt. Harold Frear of the Florida Highway Patrol.

Some traffic on S.R. 52 was blocked, but it was unclear in which direction.
