Reward offered in Zephyrhills robbery
ZEPHYRHILLS -- Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the unknown suspects responsible for a home invasion robbery that occurred in Zephyrhills at 10:30 p.m. Thursday.
Two men with handguns forced their way into a home in 5000 block of Ixora Street, bound the elderly victims with tape and robbed their home of cash and jewelry.
One robber is described as a white male, 20 to 25 years of age, about 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with brown eyes and short brown hair. The second robber, whose face was covered, is described as a white male, 20 to 25 years of age, with brown eyes, about 5’3” to 5’5” tall with a stocky to heavy build.
