Crews battling Riverview brush fire

RIVERVIEW -- Firefighters are responding to a brush fire in Stephen J. Wortham Park, in the area of Rhodine and Sykes roads.

Fire Emergency operators began receiving calls about the blaze just before 3 p.m. Hillsborough Fire Rescue spokesman Ray Yeakley said crews found no immediate danger to nearby buildings.

Three engines, three brush trucks and the Division of Forestry are at the scene.
