Another lawyer joins the Bollea legal team

Terry Bollea, better known as Hulk Hogan, can now officially count another lawyer on his case with the addition of Nevada litigator David Houston.

Houston, who has represented such celebrity clients as Joe Francis, the founder of the Girls Gone Wild franchise, will now bring his legal talents to bear on Bollea's divorce case.

His addition at a 90-minute hearing Monday came over the objections of Linda Bollea's lawyers.

Houston said his job would be to coordinate and plan legal strategy across the host of Hulk Hogan's legal cases -- the divorce, the auto negligence lawsuit and criminal case against Bollea's son, Nick.

Raymond Rafool, a lawyer for Linda Bollea, objected to Houston's participation, saying he had no knowledge of family law and would be used mostly manipulate public opinion by disparaging Linda.

Circuit Judge George Greer allowed Houston to take part in the case, saying he had no plans for a gag order and whatever Houston may have said outside the court has no effect on the court's proceedings.
