TRINITY -- A construction worker fell 30 feet onto concrete about 10:30 this morning. He suffered severe facial injuries and was transported by helicopter to Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg.
The site is just north of Trinity Boulevard on Little Road in southwestern Pasco County.
