Marine arrested for battery

TAMPA -- A U.S. Marine in town from Camp LeJeune in North Carolina was arrested early Sunday morning after police say he punched two security guards at Channelside.

Jason Juan Diaz, 23, was charged with battery. His bond is set at $500 in Orient Road Jail.
