Woman arrested in case of silicone, saline injections

TAMPA - The Thonotosassa woman who deputies say illegally injected silicone and saline into two women's buttocks turned herself in this morning, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

Lindsay Sharhonda Lindsay, 32, was charged with two counts of practicing medicine without a license. Warrants were issued for her arrest Monday, and she went to the Orient Road Jail about 10 a.m. today.

Lindsay was not licensed when she administered the cosmetic enhancements on Jan. 29, according to Sheriff's spokesman J.D. Callaway.

Lindsay met the women, Andrea Nicole Lee, 30, and Zakiya Thema Teagle, 33, at Lee's home, 7907 Savanah Palm Place, where the victims agreed to pay Lindsay to inject them with Hydrogel and saline solution, Callaway said.

Lee paid $500 for 40 injections, Callaway said. Teagle paid $250 for 20 injections.

After Lindsay left, the victims experienced pain and discomfort, and were taken to Town & Country Hospital for internal injuries. Lee is still in serious condition, and Teagle is stable, according to the sheriff's office.

Another case of too much EIC money, and too little brains.

this woman is a pain in the butt

What a great way to spend $500 - I'm sure they had nothing better to spend it on.

Perhaps she should be made to inject herself........I am wondering what she injected Zorro with and where she is hiding him.

at least blacks are getting opportunities in the medical field......under the new administration.....

what is the purpose of injecting this into the buttocks? I would imagine if she conned two women into coming to her home to do this procedure there are probably more.....but what is the purpose of the injection????
