Hulk Hogan doesn't want Linda's boyfriend driving their vehicles
CLEARWATER – Already being sued over his son's 2007 car crash that injured John Graziano, Terry Bollea asked a judge Thursday to order his estranged wife to stop letting her boyfriend drive their vehicles.
Bollea, better known as wrestling star Hulk Hogan, said he’s worried he could be held liable if the boyfriend, Charlie Hill, injured himself or someone else in an accident.

Bollea, wearing a black pinstripe suit and a sling on his left arm from recent elbow surgery, said another lawsuit could be “devastating.”
"We're worried everyday that Charlie Hill is driving those vehicles," said Terry Bollea's divorce attorney, David Houston. "It's just crazy. It's like dumping gas on a house, lighting a match and hoping it won't go up."
But Linda Bollea’s attorney, Ray Rafool, said the motion had nothing to do with liability concerns.
“In my opinion, that’s just Terry’s attempt to keep controlling Linda,” said attorney Raymond Rafool. “That’s that issue.”

Rafool argued it should be up to his client to decide who drives vehicles, including a Cadillac Escalade and a boat, that are titled and registered to Linda Bollea. “We don’t agree that he can be sued,” Rafool said. Linda Bollea was not at the hearing.
Terry Bollea, who still pays the insurance policies on the vehicles, said he learned that his insurance company will not cover anyone who is not on the policy that has driven the vehicle more than a dozen times.
His attorneys presented a witness,Sheri Stein, who said she sees Hill driving Linda Bollea’s truck around Clearwater Beach “a few times” per week.
Circuit Judge George Greer said he’d review pertinent case law before making a decision.

Nice going Times - you are really turning into a "yellow sheet." Keeping us informed every time the Bolleas pass gas and now with the Tampa Bay Mugshots we can keep up with shoplifters, drunk drivers and minor drug offenders. How interesting!

did you guys delete my comment??? I agree with bobbert. The times is NOT gathering news. We can access this news from the sheriff's website any time we're interested. THIS is yellow journalism meant to embarrass and harass innocent people. INNOCENT until proven guilty.
Also ... the code enforcer who performed an ILLEGAL inspection at our home was arrested twice TWICE but that information has disappeared from the sheriff's website AND from public records. WHY? Because he went to work for the state under HIS MIDDLE NAME after he was fired for recommending a realtor during an inspection. SUGGESTING A REALTOR is NOT in his job description.
But his face won't be shown here. Or anywhere else.
Which WOULD BE journalism.

Ya know, his girlfriend does look a bit like his daughter, why take your girlfriend to your divorce proceedings anyway. I say that if he is paying the insurance he has a right to say who can or cannot drive cars registered to him.
Did that to my ex, told her she could have the house, but no members of the opposite sex can be there, she gave the house up and moved on.

If you don't care, then don't read the article bobbert.
I don't blame Hogan one bit, he has enough problems, having someone not insured to drive his vehicles doing just that would scare me too. This divorce is only going to get messier as time goes on. Doesn't Linda realize the longer she drags this on the more money goes to the lawyers and not her. What a moron.

Finalize the divorce and it's a non-issue. It shouldn't take this long for him to get her out of his life and move on. On his date for the proceedings, nicely done, Hulkster. She's closer to your age than Linda's boy-toy is to her age.
