Smoke at Davis Elementary was from A/C unit; students return to class

TAMPA -- Students have returned to Davis Elementary School after learning the light smoke that prompted their evacuation came from a broken air-conditioning unit belt, according to Hillsborough County Fire Rescue.

Smoke is being cleared from the administration building of the school at 10907 Memorial Highway. No injuries were reported.
