Nick Bollea car crash civil trial set for March 2010
CLEARWATER — A judge has set a tentative trial date in the auto negligence civil lawsuit against Hulk Hogan’s family that centers on the August 2007 car crash that severely injured John Graziano.
Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Judge W. Douglas Baird said during a case management conference Monday he would clear three weeks from his calendar in March 2010 to preside over the civil trial if the parties aren’t able to come to a settlement before that.
Graziano was injured after Nick Bollea lost control of his Toyota Supra and crashed into a palm tree during a street race in downtown Clearwater. Bollea is the son of Hulk Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea.

Hey Nick, settle. You don't want a jury trial.

This is so sad, two trials? Duh, the kid was wrong, did he force the older marine into his car?

as a passenger in any automobile you have the right to the expectation to exit the vehicle in the same condition as you entered -- case closed

The driver is responsible for the safety of his passengers. Nick was purposefully driving at speeds way over the speed limit. He was racing. Was there also underage drinking involved? Don't remember. The question for the court and jury is whether or not Nick was responsible for the safety of his passenger and did Nick's actions cause this harmful accident. No question in my mind. Nick needs to pay up.

Haven't we heard enough about these
publicity seeking idiots.
Money doesn't buy class and obviously
doesn't buy "smarts"
Let's move on and ignore these people.
Do we really care what they do with their personal lives and that mommy
dearest has a "boy toy"?
This is for the tabloids and the Times should know better.

The only way Nick wants a jury trial is if he wants his family to go broke! To the Bollea's, insure quality care for John and settle this directly with Johns family, for what would be in Johns best interest, not Nicks. Quit enabling your son to be a selfish brat.

John's sp__m donor cannot get one cent if there is any justice in the world. I know there will be a settlement but for that scum of the earth so-called dad to get one cent would be terrible. He should spend the rest of his life in jail so momma-bear is safe from him. I would say 75% of the blame for John's condition is his own. He got into the car knowing how Nick drives, and then wasn't even smart enough to buckle up. Actions have consequences. And I'm not implying John deserved what he got but he certainly contributed to it. Sad deal all the way around.

It's great to hear Nick is behind the wheel again. He can drive in all 49 states just not in Florida. Who will he hurt next? Who has to die before they system takes away his license? This kid should not be allowed to drive till his time is up by the courts, but he found a loop hole and used the system to drive
