Brooke Hogan enters Bollea divorce fracas

The Hogan family smackdown continues.

In an interview posted Thursday on the Web site of celebrity gossipmonger Perez Hilton, Brooke Hogan says she believes her mother, Linda, is doing drugs. The 21-year-old said she hasn’t seen her mother using drugs, but said friends have told her they’ve witnessed it.

“People have told me, yeah, a lot of people that I know wouldn’t lie to me and a lot of people that, I mean, Clearwater, where we grew up, is, like, a really small town and everybody knows everybody, you know, and it’s kind of like she hasn’t been very good about covering her tracks, so I don’t know,” Brooke Hogan said.

Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Judge George Greer refused to prevent Linda Bollea's boyfriend from driving the Bollea family's vehicles.

Terry Bollea, better known as professional wrestler Hulk Hogan, had said in court that he was worried he could be held liable if the boyfriend, Charlie Hill, hurt himself or someone else in an accident. The Bolleas already are being sued in connection with their son Nick Bollea's traffic accident that left his friend John Graziano seriously injured.

But Greer wrote in an order issued today that there are only a limited set of circumstances in which a judge could make such an order. In this case, he said, the law does not allow it.

Hulk Hogan asks court for $300,000

Hulk Hogan needs money.

Most of what the wrestler has is tied up in frozen bank accounts until his divorce is resolved.

On Feb. 28, he had back surgery, so he won't be able to bring in any new money for a while.

And the little bit of money he is allowed to spend is quickly disappearing.

Hulk has just $410,985.84 in his bank account, and his bills are $312,686.35, according to a motion he filed in court Monday.

Without an infusion of $300,000 from his frozen bank accounts, he won't be able to pay his bills, the filing said.

A hearing is scheduled for Thursday at 1:30 p.m.
